I found the hotel's location comfortable and absolutely perfect, so close to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi as well as a truly Italian restaurant also owned by Giuseppe.

I had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem in Castellammare di Stabia. The staff at Villa Catie went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. They were incredibly accommodating to my food intolerances and made sure my breakfast got better every day. The rooms and outdoor area were spotlessly clean, and the views of Vesuvius and the sea were breathtaking. I also enjoyed the fantastic authentic Italian food served at the restaurant nearby, which was run by the same family. The location was great for exploring the Amalfi coast, Sorrento, Pompei, Herculaneum, and Vesuvius. The value for money was excellent as well.

Spending Xmas in this hotel was not a good idea. The location was bad, far from everything and you have to drive through a long narrow road. Nonetheless, the breakfast was excellent, and the pool was clean and had a beautiful view. There was also a lovely local restaurant nearby with delicious homemade food, which was a plus.

The overall experience was not pleasant. The location was too remote and challenging to access.
